I needed to replace my single car garage door and all of the components, so I contacted several garage door companies. I was pleased with the entire experience I had with Precision, from my first call to set up the estimate, to the completion of the job. The tone was set with my initial visit with Precision’s expert, Damien Gilbertson. Damien arrived as scheduled and after evaluating my garage door needs, he provided me with a detailed explanation as to the work required and offered me several options. After discussing my needs Damien provided me with the estimate and explained the payment plan. After several estimates, I chose Precision as they provided the best value for my dollar and the lead time to get the job completed. The appointment was made to replace the garage door within the estimated lead time. The installer’s team was led by Nicholas Thayer. They arrived on schedule and I was very satisfied with their workmanship. Upon completion of the job, Nick explained to me the unlocking mechanism on my garage door opener and all of the remnants of the old garage door were cleaned up and carted away by Precision. had a broken spring & cables needed service immediately, called sat night serviceman was here 9 am Sunday. tech was John Delpiu & from the time he arrived he was terrific. courteous, knowledgable, very clear options for the repair, did an amazing job from start to finish. all with proper covid protocols. if I could give him More than 5 stars I would. So refreshing when a capable courteous tech arrives to solve a stressful issue. thx John!

I contacted Precision Door Service after one of my garage door springs broke. Any one considering that they can save some money & purchase items from a Home Dept outlet & repair themselves is wrong. Don't be misled, if not installed properly it could really hurt or kill someone. Since this spring missed my head by inches when it broke, I would highly recommend that you contact a professional. Safety is a big factor regarding the operation of these garage doors and should be handled by a true professional. The technician from Precision, Glen called a few times to update me of his whereabouts & arrival. He surveyed the situation, explained various options and warranties that they offer. Being that the garage is over 20 years old, I chose the complete rebuild kit with a 10 year warranty option. The service vehicle had all items in hand & Glenn removed old parts on the doors & installed all new as well as safety cables so if another incident regarding the spring break ever would happen again, it would be controlled. The service that Precision provided was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have another garage door that I will be calling Precision to repair as well after I can make additional room. Its a pleasure to find in this world today a contractor as reliable & organized as Precision. 5 star rating all day long.
