Another fabulous job by Ryan M! Ryan installed a door opener in November 2021 and we were finally able to have him come back to install the other one in March 2023. I must say that Ryan is the only reason why we installed a second door opener. He clearly pointed out that even we continued to use the door manually that it was not safe because the cable was worn. We hadn't been using the door at all since he told us that the last time so the door was basically useless. Even though the cost of the installation went up significantly since the last one, I had full confidence because I trusted Ryan to do the job again as perfectly as the first time. Again, he's so polite and friendly and makes you feel comfortable and explains every detail! He's very knowledgeable and an expert in this field for sure! We chose the belt driven model again because it's quiet below our bedroom. Also, my back thanks Ryan and Precision Door for never having to open either door manually ever again! You're the best Ryan! Ryan, thank you and Precision Door again for amazing service, expertise and your friendly face!

I chose Precision Garage Door because I had engaged them previously. It seems important to have the garage door system checked periodically. The service has improved over the years from good then to outstanding now. The ease of online scheduling and enhancements other online resources are examples. I would particularly like to commend Ryan Patrick Murphy, the service expert who represented the company for this appointment. Everything in the service was performed and explained thoroughly, with tips on the best ways to self-maintain the system in between visits.

Precision did the installation for the previous owner. I called them based on seeing they did the install. Was pleased with their ability to quickly come out to service the garage springs that broke. Over all cost was a little higher than I had hoped due to additional items needing repair but they were timely and professional and I will always be willing to pay a little more for that.

New Garage Door and Garage Door Opener Installed. From start to finish excellent!! Highly recommend! Initial contact was with a rep. to measure and scope the project. Very prompt and well informed, no high stress sales, just...these are the different options we have is there anything specific you are looking for type interaction. Quote sent the next day scheduled for install the week after. Monica was my scheduler and overall organizer, very pleasant and easy going and always called me back. We had a slight issue with the manufacturer delivering the product to them but she was on it and informed me immediately which pushed the install a week later. The first set of techs were on time and went straight to work, roughly 5 hours to tear down old put together the new and install along with the install of the opener. Very prompt, polite and professional. Pointed out a very small dent that I couldn't see on the final product assured me they would replace it. Cleaned up everything and left it nice and neat. Second set of techs was the came experience they were professional, polite and prompt got right to work and replaced the dinged section in about an hour. Everyone that came to the house had their masks on and kept their distance from me. Very pleased with the whole experience and the techs and service were top notch. When opening the garage door, it did not stop. The switch to stop the door was abnormally dusty from other ceiling and work done in the garage. Luke from Precision Garage Door was quick to identify problem and remedy. I have used Precision Garage Door before and definitely recommend them.
