Had both of my garage door openers replaced. They were original to the house from the 90’s and acting up. Ferdinand was the tech who came by for the install. Made the appointment and they sent someone all within a few days. Spoke about different options and pricing while Ferdinand was here and I made the decision. He was here a total of maybe 3hrs and installed everything very neat and professional. Also he repaired a broken spring on my second garage. He was a really nice person and very informative about everything. Did not push anything or try to upsell me on any products. Overall great experience with the installer and the company. I will absolutely use them again for my other garage needs

Chris was professional and a pleasure. He was very precise with his work and explained everything in great detail. We got a new motor with accessories and indoor outdoor keypads with a door sensor which is important because we have small children and a dog. Such a seamless transaction from booking an appointment to the finished product. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with Precision Door Service. Thank you!
