I just wanted to reply to this message that your technician, John Delpiu, that came to my house yesterday was outstanding gentleman. The issue I had wasn't in his realm. It was a framing issue of the building. Very polite, knowledgeable great man that you should be very proud having him as an employee. With that said, I was so impressed with your company. I would like to have new garage doors installed two of them, so can you please get back to me and tell me how we make arrangements to do so thank you

I recently had the pleasure of working with Precision, specifically Jon Wilson, for a new garage door installation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was quick, easy, and incredibly helpful. First off, Precision was extremely responsive. I reached out for a same-day appointment and they confirmed immediately. Jon came right away. Jon arrived on time and was very professional. He worked efficiently and had the new hardware up and running in no time. He also took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all my questions patiently. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. What impressed me most was Jon's commitment to ensuring I was completely satisfied with the installation. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend Precision for anyone in need of garage door services. Their combination of quick service, ease of process, and helpful staff made the entire experience outstanding. I will definitely be using them again for any future needs!

Ethan was excellent. He was knowledgeable and funny. I had used Precision a little over a year ago for a problem with the other garage door and was very satisfied then, also. I'm not sure exactly what parts were replaced but it was for replacing a broken spring.

Kevin was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. He asked a few questions, then looked over the malfunctioning door and provided three different choices for us. He quickly repaired the issue (a snapped cable and some rusty rollers) and the door now works just fine. The man is surely skilled at his craft. My wife and I are immensely pleased. Precision as a top-rated company, would be wise to take good care of Kevin. (No, he is not a relative!)

I chose Precision Door based on my observation of quality repair work your company performed at a nearby residence.. I was in need of a bottom door seal replacement and limit switch adjustment. I spent my career in the repair industry and will say that I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and skills that your technician Joshua Moreau brought with him to the job.. Unfortunately these things are rare in this day and age!! What a pleasure to meet him and I would have to rate my overall experience a 5 plus !

Glen G, was GREAT. I called at 2:00PM and Glen called me a half hour later to inform me he'd be there in a half hour which he was. Glen did a great god fixing my doors until my new doors are installed. Can't say enough on just how great Glen was.
