Brian called ahead, arrived on time, provided a complete inspection of both garage doors, presented a series options to repair both, discussed the options in detail, and once an option was selected, Brian completed both repairs to two separate garage doors quickly and efficiently. The experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent, could not have gone better from initial contact to completed job. I'd highly recommend this group.

Roberto and his colleague were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and were able to provide repair/replacement options and pricing. They had everything they needed in the work van and were able to replace my broken opener with a new one. They even set up the HomeLink openers in our vehicles. I called around 10am and they were here by 2pm, now that’s same day service. Garage is working better then ever! This is the 2nd time Precision came out for a service issue (old spring broke last time), I am truly satisfied with this company, especially with their Military Discount, as a veteran I really appreciate that. Will use Precious again without hesitation.

Garage door would not open due to a broken spring. Called Precision at 1:45 pm. Technician was on site at 4:00 pm and the repair was completed by 6:00 pm. Technician was professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. Communication was fantastic with calls, text messages and email.
