Your technician, George Albert called us in advance that he would be arriving towards the back end of the appointment window which was 12-4pm. He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He saw what the problem was and explained the options available to us. He worked very neat and efficiently and explained the workings of the new opener. We recommend that you "Clone" him because it's hard to get a person of his caliber today. He is a big asset to your Company.
