Precision Garage Door was recommended by my neighbor.I chose them because of there quick response and being a local vendor business in my area. They use the latest technology for setting up appointments and relaying information for availability of times and reminders on when they are coming. The technician, David Gomez, met my expectations immediately upon arrival. He was respectful, mild mannered and a real gentleman during the entire process. David listened to the problems and checked in detail what was happening and what the recommendations were going to be for the customer to be completely satisfied. I was immediately impressed with his expertise. David’s work ethic and neatness went beyond my expectations of what to expect. I was very comfortable in purchasing a new garage door opener after David presented all the options for my installation. I have been in the construction industry for over forty years and I was extremely impressed and confident that he would do a fantastic job from beginning to completion. John Aaron was very professional and did great job. I originally only wanted the gasket replaced, but, after discussing what other parts should be replaced, he also replaced the rollers and pulleys. He did not pressure me to do the extra work and he explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He did the work quickly and it seems to be well done.

Quote (after negotiating) was still 800 more than another reputable vendor quoted me. Would not price match. Unfortunate I had to pay $70+ for a service visit to get a quote that was significantly more expensive than another vendor. Lewis did repair the electronics so the door goes all the way down now without having to hold down the button which is appreciated but ultimately we want to convert these two units over to more modern systems.

We found Precision through the "Your Home and Beyond" magazine. They made an appointment, giving us a "window" of time. Prior to the appointment, they called to confirm and give us an accurate arrival time. They repaired our garage door very well! The mechanics were knowledgable, efficient and professional. The experience could not have been better! I would recommend Precision to anyone and would gladly use them again, should the need arise.

We are surprised to get a survey when the job was never done. We were told by Tim the technician when he came to give the estimate that he could use an extension cord to connect to the outlet and over time we should get an electrician to come in and put another in. When setting up the appt we emailed Tim and all he said to do was call up and get an appt, no mention as to was the outlet installed. When he arrived for the appt he told us that we needed another outlet before he could do the work. Of course he told us something else the day of the estimate. I called 3x to speak to a manager and have never received a phone call back. I would never use this company to do the work if there customer service dept does not feel the customer deserves a call back.
