We had an emergency issue and Precision Door Service was able to make it to our home in the same day only a few hours later. Israel was our technician. He gave us a call about 30 minutes out from his arrival time, showed up fully Covid compliant and was quick to get to work. Israel was very knowledgeable and relatable. He showed me a few things going on with the door and walked me through what he would need to complete in order to fix the problem. Israel was a pleasure to work with, professional and personable. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and specifically Israel.

Had my new Garage door and opener installed @2 months ago but could only get 1 remote at the time due to COVID and manufacturing!! Precision door delivered the 2nd remote and programmed it in 5 minutes !! Hunter was fast and professional!!! Awesome company!! The Precision team did an amazing job from the initial estimate to the final installation. They communicated clearly, keeping us informed of the status of our order and explained every step along the way. The install gentlemen were great. neat, clean and very helpful. The concern to keep me a happy customer was present and very gratifying. It's great to see that people still care and take pride in the work they do. I could not thank them enough. And when they were gone, all that was left was a new garage door, no evidence that work was done. All trash, debris and my old door was gone. Only a happy customer was left behind!
