First, the Precision Receptionist was professional and arranged an appointment promptly to my convenience. The Technician, Michael, called me as promised giving me a 45 minute notice of arrival. He and his assistant, Justin, surveyed my garage door that needed some repairs as it hadn't been used electronically for four years following a fire, although it worked mechanically. They performed the needed repairs professionally and promptly, installed a wall plate that I needed and thoroughly tested the door to assure perfect operations. Both Michael and Justin performed everything with the utmost care and to my total satisfaction. Additionally, the price was very reasonable. I will save Precision's contact details and call them again when needed, and can easily recommend Precision for excellent garage door repair needs.

From the start of the process, Precision was great to deal with. They didn't try and up sell anything they gave you exactly what you wanted. They call you the day of the install and let you know when to expect them, they are very thorough. Would recommend them to anyone.
