These folks are terrific. My garage door opener had been installed by a total hack, who butchered the job. In short order, it fell apart. I called Precision in the morning, the installer (George) arrived 2 hours later and totally redid the installation. He did a great job! My only regret is that I didn't call them originally. I'm thrilled with what was done!

I hope the product installed is as good as the installer. I have not used it more than one day and I hope there will be no problem. The young man was excellent and very pleasant to work with. Time will tell if I made a good purchase.

The service was excellent! George called in advance to inform me when he will be at my location. He installed my new garage door opener, and it was professionally done where everything looked very neat. George also inspected and noted that my garage door springs where stretched, and the pulleys were below grade pulleys to the point where they needed replacement. Because he showed me the worn parts and explained the issue, I agreed to have him change them. At the end, he spent the time to help program the new opener and he cleaned up everything including taking the old opener. They are my new garage door company!

The young lady that scheduled my appointment couldn't have been more courteous and got me an appointment first thing in the AM. Andre Lennon was the technician that replaced cables, springs, etc. and he was efficient and friendly. He was quick also and I was able to get to work on time! (Your name came up on Google) I was very pleased with my entire Precision Door experience!

Very good service. Mike was going to be a little late but called to keep me apprised which I appreciated (much better than most contractors). He didn't have all the parts he needed for the job but a second tech stopped by later the same day to finish the work after calling me first. All in all, very good. Recommend. I would definitely use them again.
