We were extremely pleased with Precision Garage Door. They communicated all through the scheduling process. Our technician, Danny, was polite and very knowledgeable. We had multiple issues and Danny diagnosed our problems and was able to fix both doors.

My cousin recommended your company since she had new garage doors installed. I was unable to open my garage door and called you on Friday afternoon. You wanted to come Saturday which was great but I had to work so Monday morning it was.Marlon texted and called to say when he was coming- also a picture and bio was sent by email. I needed a new opener since mine was 25 years old. I guess I was due for a replacement. The installation went quickly and Marlon was clean and neat, just was surprised at the cost I must say but I was satisfied with the service.

Unfortunately it is no longer commonplace that a company meets expectations. I had an issue with my garage door and called Precision on Monday at 3:00pm. The service technician, Tom, contacted me the next morning and indicated that he would arrive at 11:20AM. He actually did show up at 11:20AM. He was professional, well organized, conducted a thorough inspection and provided me with an estimate of the work. Once agreed, he completed the work quickly and efficiently. Door works great. Precision not only met my expectation, they exceeded them.

A very professional outfit, from the website, phone call, technicians and followup. Tom called the morning of my appointment to advise I was the second home on his schedule and that he'd call with a firm time. True to his word, he gave me a time to the minute. He's very personable and knowledgeable. He asked questions, inspected my door/motor and offered suggestions with reasons for them. He and his assistant performed their work quickly and efficiently and I would definitely choose this company again.
