I chose Precision because of the look of professionalism. The serviceman reviewed the problem, discussed the solution. He worked very hard. He was polite and extremely personable. He fixed the garage door spring and he replaced the garage door opener. Thank you for the great service Israel. The young lady who made the appointment on the phone was also helpful and courteous.

Israel was very professional. Explained the differences in price, etc. for a possible repair vs. a new installation. When I chose the new installation, he installed it in less than 2 hours and explained the operation. Good job!

My Garage door opener broke and I called Precision for repair. George explained that the gear was completely stripped and could not be repaired, he showed me a picture of the damaged unit . He gave me different options to choose for a replacement unit. He provided the new unit and did the installation right then quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with his work and courtesy.

As their name indicates, they are precise in their appointments and options that they give you. Everything is explained very carefully with"show and tell" if you need it. Justin was a gentleman and very helpful and informative. He quickly measured the door and opening, toolkits photos and explained all the details on what met our needs. Btw, you need to fix the survey logic. Justing was here in a ‘pre-sales’ capacity, but your survey choices below do not include that as a viable option -FYI..

I purchased a new garage door opener and attempted to install it myself, watched a you tube video and all !! After totally getting lost I called Precision on Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon it was done, and done correctly. Dan & Mike were prompt, professional, and very courteous. Dan explained everything he had to do prior to starting and took care of it all. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for anything to do with garage doors.

I selected Precision because I liked how their service tech's pictures are on the web site and also how they use the " call when we're on our way" system. I was a little surprised with the high parts pricing but I do understand they are of a very high quality, which I don't mind paying a little extra for.

Courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt! The technician called to keep me posted as to his arrival time. He explained all the needed work, and cost. His expected time to complete those repairs and when completed, he went over each repair step by step . He explained the warranty for the work completed. Did a great job needed Springs, locks, and rubber on bottom of door. Door works fine now, locks nicely and it's nice and flat to the concrete floor.

Michael P. was our Technician/Salesman. He was not only very professional but most informative and had the ability to resolve an unusual logistics problem with installing a new garage door onto our very old garage. Greg R. and Brian M. were our installers. They called before they arrived and arrived on time. They both were knowledgeable, efficient, and just overall pleasant guys to be around in general. The job had some obstacles to overcome and they both dove head-on into solving them, even working well into darkness to finish the job the same afternoon. We find your company to be on our favorites list now to deal with and will highly recommend you to our friends.
