I had Precision come and evaluate one of my doors. They spent a few minutes evaluating it and explained to me exactly what was wrong. They provided me several options for addressing the issue with the pros and the cons and I opted to replace the hardware and installed a new opener. The door is working beautifully. They worked neatly and cleanly. We very polite and very helpful. I am thrilled with the work they provided. They new opener is great and was exactly what I wanted.

I was not too happy with the service after they installed the new weather stripping they did not chalk the nail holes and my garage doors were damaged from when they took off the old weather stripping I would not use this company anymore or recommend them to anyone
