Not happy with the way I was fooled. Thought I would pay $69 for a diagnosis, be told what was wrong and then what it would cost to repair. Instead, technician told me he looked over the garage opener for 15 minutes and that I would have to sign agreement for servicing at cost of $199 + tax before he would know what was wrong. I asked what did his 15 minute inspection find and he said he needed to do a further assessment but I would first have to sign the $199 agreement. I feel I was was misled when I called up and also by the technician. I plan on reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and local Chamber of Commerce.

Our service person, brian, was very helpful in explaining the alternatives open to us, and was very gentlemanly. We only opened the door twice so far so we'll see how it works in the future. The end cost seemed high, but we are not familiar with having this work done as you were the first ones we called and can't really comment on the cost. So far so good. Joan Longinotti
