Today a very nice man Robert I think came to our house. He was courteous, efficient & pleasant. Here even adjusted our laser thing which I didn't realize had gotten "out of whack". We've used in past and will continue to do so. He even hooked remote up to my husband's new car. I had no idea that was possible

Service man Danny Salas was polished, polite and professional. Although all I wanted him to do was change out an already existing keypad entry device, he measures and thouroughly inspects my whole garage door system. He was young, charming and enthusiastic so I let him do his thing-even though I wanted to play 9 holes on a most beautiful Election Day- the serviceman was superb!!! I do have issue with the "jacked up" price they charged me for the keypad. I tried to order my exact keypad online and saw the 877MA Liftmaster part for $30-$35. I was charged $79 or $89. Felt chumped knowing what I could have gotten it for much less. Danny took out 1 screw with a drill- he assisted me setting my key code- tested that it worked- put the 1 screw back in, we shook hands and he left with a check for $171.63. REALLY Precision Door? You were there quick and at the time you said- I'll give you that- for screwing and unscrewing 1 screw- How would you feel if you were me?????Goodbye
