We chose Precision because a sales person came to the house and took pictures and measurements of the opening to ensure that the replacement door would perfectly fit. She also gave us many types of doors to choose from and suggested the right color to compliment our house. Installation went well with the crew removing all of the old door and rails. There was very little clean up to do. The door looks great and fits perfectly. Great company to do business with.

Francisco was excellent - he was professional, careful, and courteous. He was able to enter the garage without any damage to the door. He installed a brand new automatic opener which previously was manual. He explained the installation and operation in detail. Tim was the best!! Couldn't ask for anyone better. He explained everything to me and gave me the prices on all options. He was very polite and is a true asset to this company. Next time I need work done I will ask for him. This company should be proud to have such a great employee.

I called Precision at 12:00 in the afternoon and the customer service representative that Answered was very courteous and knowledgeable. I received a text message right away from them about my appointment and following that a young gentleman called me and told me that he would be at my home by 2 o’clock and also I received a text message from him showing his picture and a short biography. I liked seeing a picture of the gentleman that would be arriving at my home I felt safe with that and he was a very nice young man did good work fixing my garage door. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them

Used Precision for a new garage door. The door arrived with a dent in one of the panels but Precision was quick to fix the issue with a replacement panel. I also replaced the window panels with a different panel and this was not an issue on their part. The installation crew both times were very friendly and efficient. Would recommend and use again myself. Thank you Precision for your professionalism!

I suddenly had a garage door that would not open and realized one of the springs had broken off from old age. Not sure who to call, I remembered an ad I saved from Precision. It looked professional and seeing their license numbers and featuring all sorts of repair they were able to do, I felt confident to give them a call... Glad I did. First thing the next morning two really nice young men, Justin and Andrew, came out and were extremely polite, patient and honest about what work I needed. They were happy to explain everything and take seriously any questions I had. I agreed on the price and they went to work. They replaced the springs and the rolling wheels with high quality nylon wheels in no time. The door worked much more easily and quietly and the parts and the work looked and felt solid. A job well done. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Thank you, Precision!

I just had a new garage door & a garage door opener installed. I am very pleased with the quality & service. The only set back was I thought it would have been a complete installation including the electric. I was notified during installation he would hook it up with an extension cord but I would need an electrician to hook it up permanently. This was a little disappointing, but I have an electrician that came right over. If I was told in the beginning about the wire it would have been done before your service man came.

Thank you for sending your repair man so quickly. By the way he was very informative and polite. However you charged me a service charge to tell me that he could not repair, not that I didn't want to have my garage opener done but because it was to old. I thought it was unfair especially since I told the person on the phone that it was an old motor. Thanks again for your quick response. Thank you Donald Catapano
