Appointment scheduled for same day! Tech called in advance and was early within the 4 hour appointment window! Tech confirmed a broken spring. Estimated 90 minutes to complete repair. Completed repair within estimate! Tech (Tim) was personable, informative and focused on fixing the problem! Very satisfied!
