Technician did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and gave me alternatives as to how to repair or to replace. We decided to repair and by putting in wall mounted remotes as the mother board was partially "Fried". He was courteous and explained everything to me. Your service protocol is excellent with communication letting me know when they will be arriving via text and email.

John Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed that the rollers and cables were old and wearing out and that was why the garage door was having trouble closing while maintaining social distancing. John replaced the hardware and now the garage door is opening/closing smoothly. He provided different options before doing the work and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend John-Aaron.
