Found Precision through a random internet search and found the process of booking an appointment super easy. Lewis came on time, assessed the situation, made a recommendation with pricing options, and did the work quickly and professionally. I really liked the personal touch when Precision sent me an email before Lewis arrived with a quick summary of Lewis' background and experience. Would definitely use Precision again, and highly recommend Lewis.

David arrived early .....he quickly diagnosed the problem and outlined repair options. Quick response time - Lewis Rodriguez got here in under an hour. He saved the day. My garage doors and cables were pretty warn out and had no safety mechanism so could have snapped at any moment. He was very thorough. Offered several different options. Was very professional. Finished work quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Michael P arrived to give me an estimate for replacing my garage doors. He did not do the work but it was because of him that I agreed to allow Precision to do the job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained all my options and was patient with answering all my questions. He assured me that everything would be done to my satisfaction and gave me a competitive quote. If management is reading this it was because of Mike that I signed to have the job done. He is a an extremely good ambassador for your company and you might want to seriously consider giving him a promotion. **I do not know Mike and never met him before this meeting.**

My garage door electric eye didn't connect to enable the heavy wooden door close with the opener. Mike from Precision, came in analyzed the situation, made his recommendations and quickly replaced the eyes and calibrated them. In addition, he did safety checks to sure the entire system was functioning correctly. Upon completion, he removed any debris caused during the construction portion of the job.
