ONCE I DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO REPLACE MY OLD, CRANKY, GARAGE DOOR I WENT ON LINE TO RESEARCH MY OPTIONS. IT SOON BECAME CLEAR THAT PRECISION GARAGE DOOR WAS THE LEADER OF THE PACK. THEIR WEB SITE PROVIDED AN IN DEPTH EDUCATION FOR THE POOR SOUL WHO THINKS A DOOR IS A DOOR. I CONTACTED THE FOLKS AT PRECISION AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET WITH THEIR REP WHO WOULD INSPECT MY GARAGE IN ORDER TO QUOTE A FIRM PRICE WHICH INCLUDED INSTALLATION. FROM THAT FIRST CALL TO THE DAY MY DOOR WAS INSTALLED... I WAS CONSTANTLY ADVISED BY THE BACK OFFICE FOLKS AT PRECISION REGARD THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER. IT WAS REFRESHING IN THIS DAY AND AGE TO FIND A COMPANY THAT STILL BELIEVED IN "ACTA NON VERBA". THEY NOT ONLY TALKED CUSTOMER SERVICE... THEY ACTUALLY WALKED THE WALK AND PROVIDED CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ORDER TO INSTALL. OF COURSE THE PROOF OF THE PUDDING IS THE PRODUCT ITSELF AND THE CUSTOMER'S CONCERN ON THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION. CONTINUING THEIR NORM OF KEEPING THE CUSTOMER INFORMED, I RECEIVED EMAILS AND VOICE CALLS ADVISING THE INSTALL TEAM WERE ON THEIR WAY. ALL THREE CREW MEMBERS FROM PRECISION GARAGE WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND EXPERT IN THEIR TRADE. I AM A RETIRED NAVAL OFFICER WHO SERVED 22 YEARS COMMANDING, TRAINING, AND OBSERVING, TEAMS OF MEN PERFORMING A VARIETY DEMANDING JOBS. THAT SAID, I HAVE TO COMMEND THIS CREW FOR THE OUTSTANDING MANNER IN WHICH THEY WORKED TOGETHER IN THE INSTALLATION OF MY GARAGE DOOR. THEY WERE EVERY THING I HAD HOPED FOR AND EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I SALUTE TEAM LEADER SHANE AND HIS FINE CREW: MIKE AND CHAPARRO. KUDOS FOR A JOB WELL DONE. MY SINCERE THANKS TO PRECISION GARAGE GOOR FOR A 5????? PERFORMANCE !!!!!

After waiting 6 months for my door to be created and installed it arrived and was the wrong size! The installation team was wonderful and I felt sorry for them that they spent an entire day at my home installing a door that did not fit - they had to put my old door back on (which now does not work well) and it will be another 6 months to get a new (and hopefully proper sized) door - given the price and how much you tout your service you would think these things would not happen.

I had the pleasure of having John Aaron Hixson respond to my request for maintenance on my garage door and review the possibilities of installing a garage door opener. John was extremely considerate, very-low key and very patient as I asked numerous questions (while interrupting him)! John pointed out what maintenance needed to be done on the doors and explained the various options available for purchasing. He was candid in his approach in presenting the particulars and was quite even-keel. He did not try to sway me one way or the other and I acknowledged that some of the features were worthwhile. John was on-time. He gave me an excellent timeframe for accomplishing the work and now I have a garage door opener with two doors! Great job Precision!

I give Precision Door a five star rating. The technician, Dave was very knowledgeable, courteous and an excellent communicator. Fortunately, it was only a minor issue with my door that was easily resolved. I wish I had known about Precision before I purchased my garage door. I definitely would have purchased from them instead of the company that went out of business (3) months after they installed my door. I wish every contractor / vendor was half as professional as Precision. I highly recommend them.
