Garage door was installed guys were professional and excellent. Jeff and Kyle installed door. But even better were Kim and Monica in customer service. Due to Covid major delays getting door from manufacturers. Kim and Monica kept me updated weekly and really cared they went above and beyond to help me. Kim and I became fast friend on our weekly update calls. They were both professional and courteous and committed to making sure I was informed and at ease. Thank you Kim!! Thank you Monica!! Job well done!! Their managers should be proud to have them on their team. Kim I will miss speaking with you ;) thanks so much! You are excellent!!

I had extensive work done to both my garage doors including a new keypad in June of this year. For some unknown reason the keypad stopped working. Precision sent a repair man to my home. He was able to reprogram the keypad. To my pleasant surprise Precision determined there was no charge for the visit. Who doesn't love a company that backs their service and their products and puts the customer first!!!
