Your technician was polite, professional and friendly. His work was excellent as well. I would highly recommend your company. Our garage door was partially detached from the track and he was able to temporarily fix it so we could get our cars out of the garage.

Small problem developed after larger service call back in May. Tim came down within the appointment window and had the problem fixed within 15-20 minutes. No charge. Very professional and reliable company

I saw your ad on FB and thought that a" $29.00 tune-up" for my garage door would be worth it. However, after observing the technician due a simple spray of moving parts with a silicone based formula ( which I could have bought for $10.00 to 20.00 dollars on line.) and look at the springs, open and close the door.$31.00 dollars later I fell it was not worth it. When contemplating what I suspect is the real reason for your $29.00 offer. It was just to give me estimates of extra business for your company. I had explained to the technician that I thought he would open up the gear box and atleast inspect that. (Which was the reason for my making the appointment on the first place). I had a problem in the past and was hoping that he would tell me if the problem was going to return. I felt that the things he did should have been free of charge, since it appears to me that the only reason this $29.00 special is being offered is to hand the customer an estimate for future work, By the way the estimates where in the range of $500.00 to 1,500.00 Quite expensive if you ask me. when its all said and done your company wins either way, if I don't do the work you make & $31.00 and if I do you make more business. For what was done it could have been done for free, just saying Felt rip-off.

When a cable snapped at night, leaving the garage door askew, frozen and partially open position, I called to schedule service for the next morning. The technician called the next morning, and made me his first stop. He was courteous, polite, and explained things clearly. He gave his assessment, and then performed the needed repair quickly.
