2 technicians showed up right on time. I was notified ahead of time of their names and identifying photos. They were very professional, told me exactly what was wrong, fixed the problem and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company

A few days after the service call I had a problem with the external opener (a key pad). I believed it could be related to the service call. It turned out to be a false alarm but Precision sent someone out ASAP and the tech was professional and courteous even though I wasted his time. Overall (initial service call and false alarm) the service was great.
