Our garage door stopped operating completely. We contacted Precision who sent a technician within 2 days. Marlon was very professional. He checked the springs, the door, the remote and anything else related to the operation of door. Well, due to the opener being over 25 years old, the entire operating system needed to be replaced (as expected). We were shown the options that were available and descriptions of the differences. Marlon immediately went to work. He installed the new opener, programmed the remote controls, helped me set up the keypad and showed me other optional features that I still need to set up. He took the old opener and springs and left no mess. I highly recomend Precision and would use them again.

I set up an online request to repair the garage door in the morning and there was a four hour arrival window between 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. The office called to get a more detailed description to share with the garage door expert John. From start to finish, this company provided outstanding service. I can honestly say, this is a rarity. John was courteous and professional. Absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door if the need arises.

I actually found Precision in the yellow pages and responded to their ad because it was local. The person that took my call was pleasant and informative. The tech, Tim, was extremely prompt, courteous, honest and knows the business. I am waiting on installation of a new garage door. So far my experience with Precision has been extremely positive, and I would recommend Tim and Precision Garage Door without hesitation.
