The company showed up on time . Called sent emails and texts letting me know when installer would show up . Installer did a great job . Cleaned up after the job completed. Would recommend precision door . Only complaint it’s not cheap.

The part of the ad that stood out was the 24/7 service. The service I received from Michael, was top notch, first rate. I was impressed with the email I received the night prior the scheduled repair advising the name of the technician as well as photos of all the technicians. Very professional. The technician, Michael, did call me prior to his arrival to advise me of his expected arrival time. Again, very professional. Upon arrival, Michael was professional in appearance and introduction to me. He was clear with his assessment of the problem with the door opener and his recommendation for repair. All in all, this was a great experience from beginning to end. Job well done!
