I called in morning about the door remote not working the lady was able to send a technician He was able to replace remote and asked while he was here should he look at door I thought that was great he did and found the rollers weee bad He showed me cost and he was able to do work with part on the truck Isreal was excellent well spoken friendly and explained everything to me before he did it Thank you so much What a pleasure to have a gentleman working in your house that you trust Sincerely

The new door looks great - it's so quiet too. The installation team arrived on time and did an efficient, clean job on removing the old one and putting the new one in. At the end of the day, it was like they were never there - except for a new door. The team also did a good job of explaining the features and functions of the new door.

Your Tech was polite, extremely knowledgeable and performed excellent work. He went over the pricing but since I did not do my homework and needed the work done asap, I agreed with your pricing. If I had done my homework, I would have never went with your outrages pricing e.g. actual parts cost (heavy duty) $183.77 tax and shipping. I will give you a 15% markup which comes to $211.34 which leaves a cost of $330.70 for one hour labor RIP OFF!!! With those prices the owner must be a billionaire. It is sad that companies of today rip off our senior citizens.
