The technician arrived at 3pm to install a whole new garage door,motor,cables, the whole thing. He was alone and seemed annoyed he had no help. He installed the door and the one side the wheels almost went to the bottom of the track. He said we lived on Long Island and so we had to deal with how crooked the cement was or how the house was sinking. He never put a level on it to see if it was not level. Finally after much discussion we said it was unacceptable, he moved the frame. The door straightened and seems to be straight and working alright. We certainly will keep an eye on it. It was upsetting to have to deal with his attitude.

Everything about this service call was handled in an exceptional manner by your company's representatives with whom I spoke. From the initial phone call to make the appointment, to the repair service, itself, I could not ask for any better response to our problem. The repair technician, Israel Hixson, arrived on time, was very personable and completed the repair very quickly. I would not consider using any other service for any garage door matters.
