Wow!! What a process, so simple, so easy and so fast!!! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone for any garage door needs. They came early, worked and cleaned up. I would like to give a very positive plug to Andre Lennon. He was great, friendly and did a perfect job. Needless to say I am one very happy customer and will be telling anyone - Precision for your garage door needs.

The initial estimate was way overpriced, the service performed was hopefully the solution to my problem, we will see. If it works properly than it was a fair price on the service. The service person was courteous and professional.

Justin , the technician was very nice. He installed new opener and recommended in the near future that I would need new rollers. I elected to have it done at the time and it truly made a huge difference. Everything went seemlessly! I wish all companies were as professional. Happy customer and would definitely recommend

I called Precision early AM 2/2/17. Explained the issues, and scheduled an appointment for the same day! It only got better from there. The technician called me to let me know he was en-route and would be at my house in 30 minutes. You guessed it, rang my door bell a 1/2 hr later. They looked over the complete door and its parts, finding they all needed to be replaced. 1hr later finished, cleaned up, and tested the door. opens & closes much easier and the loud noises are gone.!!! BROVO! Very professional company and technicians dressed in company attire. I recommend this company as tops in customer service and professionalism
