All I can say is Timothy was very polite and professional. He worked fast but carefully. He looked the door over from front to back and made some suggestions for replacement parts that were a bit worn but I told him to make the repair I needed and I'll think about the rest later. I have been a foremen in many types of jobs. A person that can work alone and work well without supervision is rare, this young man is one of these rare types! I was very satisfied with he's work. This was the best and fastest service I've ever gotten from any contractor or repair company. I first called at 1PM and at 2:30PM Tim O'Brien was ringing my bell. He was clean, polite and professional. He attended to my problem immediately and then in spected my whole opener system. I allowed him to upsell me on 2 new springs for the garage door and a safety device to prevent them shootin around the garage if they ever break. The price was very fair and I will recommend Prescision to anyone who asks me.
