The spring on our garage door broke. Called Precision Door Service to fix it on a Saturday and they arrived within 2 hours. The technician, John Aaron, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, personable and did a great job. He clearly explained all the options we had in fixing the springs. Since I had asked about replacing the opener with a newer model, he wasn't pushy at all and gave me options to choose from. I ended up getting another unit and it works great. Precision was a pleasure to do business with.

I highly recommend Precision! To begin with, their appointment scheduling is very efficient and they came exactly when they promised they would. The technician was fantastic and knew what the problem with my garage door was right away and clearly explained the various options I had in order to repair it. The work was done on the spot and I was very satisfied with the results! I also appreciated that the extra remotes I needed were right there on the truck! I will definitely being using this company in the future!

This was my first experience using Precision. I called in the morning and by early afternoon Francisco T and his assistant arrived. Poor experience. Young tech, showed him broken spring, within minutes he told me to change both springs, change the mechanism between the springs, indicated cables were not good and suggested motor might be bad. Told him to chill on the up sell and let’s change 2 springs and dertmnine of center piece between spring is still good. I then negotiated a lower price than he originally quoted. He went to truck only had one of the needed springs. He made several phone calls to a lead tech for guidance, then wanted to use two heavy springs, I said fine. Made another call and wanted to use two different strength springs, I said no good. I then told him to pack it up, he said ok and told me he won’t charge the $69.00 service fee, which I told him thanks, because after that experience I would not have paid such regardless. Young guy, trying to up sell, in experienced needing substantial guidance from other techs via phone. Pooooor experience.

I am very pleased from beginning to end. My garage door broke late last night. I called Precision on an early Sunday morning. They were understanding and sent a tech in a few hours to help me. Tim Obrien was knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely nice. He completed the job in a timely fashion and explained all my options while he worked. I would highly recommend Precision and Tim.
