i've dealt with a ton professional home service providers from contractors, plumbers, electricians to the most famously advertised windows company( not to advertise them here) & no one, NO ONE came close to the score of 100 out of 100 as Precision has. none of my personal experiences with other companies came even 50% close to my experience with Precision. there is not enough space here to word all the great things i have to say about this company. their reps Isaac Rodriguez & Pierre Paolo( think his last name) were outstanding: facts driven advised, did not rush me in making a decision & didn't talk down to an inexperienced customer, very professional & respectful, no upselling pressure. this review is NOT a review by some Precision employee. i am a very satisfied customer. i usually do not leave reviews since sometimes you might read a great review about a company & when you personally hire them you have a unfavorable experience but i honestly & truly know you will not have a less than stellar experience hiring Precision.

Very happy with the entire service process of Precision. I chose them after online research and decided to go with a large well run company as the reviews indicated. From the person answering my call to the technician ,Issac, that arrived promptly within minutes of the estimated time given, the level of professionalism was exceeded only by that of , Isaac, himself as he explained the process , answered all my questions and completed the repair of broken springs and cable with tremendous expertise. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door

I received a confirmation email when I booked the appointment with a time frame. On the day of the appointment I received a call from Justin, Service Technician who was able to give me a better time frame and he told me he will text/call when he was on his way. He did. He arrived and explained what my options would be to fix my problem. I knew the price for all 3 possibilities. Problem fixed quick and he was very nice. Very positive experience and I would not hesitate to call them again if I have a problem.
