Called Saturday about my problem and they sent technician (Robert Weber) Sunday next day Robert was great gave different ideas to solve my problem. I decided to replace unit for new type. 2 days before Christmas, garage door decides to break down. Called right away and they were able to fit me in on Monday. early Monday morning receive call from service tech Robert, he was on his way. arrived on time, repaired my door, quick fix. very professional and polite.

Based on excellent reviews on Angie's List & reviews on their website. I contacted Precision Door and scheduled an Appointment due to keypad not working, appt date was scheduled two days later. Service Specialist Danny called that morning and gave me approx time he would arrive and was on time. He asked permission to inspect garage door while he was here and pointed out broken spring (which I wasn't aware of) and some worn roller bearings in addition to keypad not working. He explained his recommendations and pricing and gave him permission to proceed. Danny did an excellent Job! definitely will use again and recommend their service.

I spoke with several installation companies before Precision Door and was given estimates that varied greatly. After speaking with customer service, I was given a firm price and specific details regarding the cost and specific charges. Precision Door also remained in contact up until the arrival of their installation specialist Michael. Needless to say, I am thoroughly pleased with Michael's work, professionalism and services. The work was performed to my expectations and was done professionally. Michael explained the various functions of the remotes and garage door keypad and took the time to sync my car, which took additional time. I have used dozens of contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. but have never felt compelled to write a review. I highly recommend this company and would not consider any other given their workmanship, professionalism, cost and punctuality.

I am so impressed with Precision Door Service of Long Island. From start to finish, this team has exceeded my expectations. I had called Precision at 9:00 in the morning and was greeted with a welcoming staff. I had many questions about replacing my existing door opener. All of my questions were answered and I was determined to use this company. I asked for an install date and to my surprise, they had same day availability. I was informed by telephone and email about the technician that would be installing the unit. The technician assigned was Mike P who later contacted me to let me know the time he would arrive. Mike had arrived as scheduled with Tim F (a trainee) and they were the absolute best. I asked them if they minded if I watched them install the system and they agreed. I was so impressed with the knowledge the Mike had and how he was sharing his knowledge with Tim. I even got the opportunity to learn important things about my garage door that I had taken for granted. During and after the installation, Mike took his time out to show me all of the new high tech features of the LiftMaster 8550 W. Not only did he explain the features, he fully trained me on each function. I was concerned about security after watching a video on how easy one can open a door with a hanger. Mike suggested to install a “trolley shield” that will prevent this type of break in. What a great invention! Once again I was impressed with Mike and his knowledge. This guy is truly an asset to your company. I am so thankful I choose Precision Door Service and will continue to use and will recommend your company to all.

I called on a Thursday and Saturday morning, Hunter, from Precision was on time and ready to install my garage door opener. I have a small garage and wasn't even sure I could get a door opener installed, but Hunter spent the time on the measurements, we decided on the best door, and Hunter went to work. He spent 5 hours installing the garage door opener and I couldn't be happier! I love my door opener! Thank you to Precision and Hunter for a job well done.

The service technician Tom Jenkofsky called 1/2 hour before he arrived, showed up on time and was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable! He inspected the garage door and presented me with 2 reasonable options. The whole visit took about 2 hours and the garage door is working as good as new. He replaced all the parts which he had on his truck. This was truly impressive as I've never experienced a service call where the technician could repair something on the spot without ordering parts. I was very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

I cannot say enough good things about the young man who repaired my garage door opening system which was a mess. He came when he said he would and worked for hours to replace what was needed. Even though he had made an error on the estimate because he had forgotten to add in an expensive part, he honored his original estimate. He also gave me options for fixing the problem (from band aid approach to delux. He seemed to care about giving me the biggest bang for my buck. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
