Through research and reviews I decided to reach out to Precision to look at my 1927 barn. It was part of a recent reno to preserve and beautiful the building. Forty feet long with 4 doors across. Saleperson, Gina, arrived with a postive approach, constructive ideas and tremendous product knowledge. Their product line is extensive, the choices are many. We chose our four doors and looked forward to delivery and install. The doors did arrive a bit late, and installs were backed up a bit, but the two man crew arrived as scheduled. Let me be frank here, I own a manufacturing company for 30 plus years, the quality of Precision doors and hardware is impressive. Every piece is built with quality and care, right down to the hardware, brackets and fasteners. This is not box store stuff. My barn is not your run of the mill construction. 16" on center ceiling beams with sheetrock? No, mine has ceiling beams every 6 FEET! In other words, it was a LOT more involved. The barn is special to me, keeping it's open inside character was extremely important to me. I expressed this to installers, Jeff and Brian, after they arrived and they assured me they would do their very best to fulfill my hopes. And did they ever. Knocked it out of the park! I mean, you can have the greatest product made, but if it's installed in a shoddy manner, what's the point? Brian and Jeff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and SUPER meticulous. Home run. Could not be more pleased. Some talk, Precision backed it up. My thanks!

All I can say is WOW!! Tom, the service/sales representative was awesome. He called us with an ETA and from the moment he arrived we knew we would use this company. Tom presented us with different options, was helpful and knowledgeable and took time to explain in detail the answers to the questions we had about the garage door we picked out. He was very professional and reassured us with the concerns we had with the removal of our very old existing garage door. He took the extra step and told us if we had any issues at all with the install to call him personally. Very likable guy and hard working!!!! We would recommend the this company to our friends.
