The technician Danny Salas was outstanding! He was very polite, professional, and extremely competent. Not only did he explain the work and parts to replace prior to the job, he again went over everything upon completion. He explained steps I need to take in the event of a power failure and made sure I understood. He answered all my questions thoroughly and with such patience. This technician is an asset to Precision and I truly hope he is acknowledged!!! Parts replaced were multiple and much needed. Door now operates smoothly.

I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs new garage doors as I did. The original Technician, Mike, who came was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed me cut out samples of the garage doors and the new quiet rollers they have. Gave me a quote (actually 2 quotes for 2 different options) and emailed them to me on the spot. This was back in January. I sat on it for 3 months to let the winter pass and called again in April. The still had the quote on file and scheduled an appointment with me at my earliest convenience. So today the installer, Greg, came EARLY (calling me first) so he could help me move stuff out of my garage. But I guess luckily for him, I already moved most of the stuff out prior to his arrival. I was completely replacing 2 garage doors and he gave me an estimated time of 4 hours. Well, 3 hours later, he was all done! New track, new trim, and of course, new garage doors. And the best part was, there was no clean up for me. He took all the old doors, track, and other crap with him. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Precision!

Never met a better salesmen than the one that was at my house yesterday. He made everything so clear. It was a delight to do business with your company but please send me a copy of the sale for the garage door I ordered thank you no service preformed yet.

I purchased rollers, springs etc. I would rate the service a 5. The technician was extremely helpful, polite, not pushing a sale and he did a great job. My garage door opens and closed very quietly,efficiently and safely now. I had received the coupon in the mail and saw a company truck in my neighborhood today. I decided to call and take care of my garage door which was something I kept putting off. I did the right thing by having Precision correct the problem.
