Dealing with your service specialist Michael Picarello was a very positive experience. He stepped me through the inspection, the options for repair, the justification for considering each option, the warranty, etc. He was extremely informative, made me aware of the advantages of parts offered by Precision, and he did an great job on the repair (springs, cables, pulleys, safety cables, rollers) and even pointed out the improvements and answered additional questions. I will definitely refer this company to others. (Next stop, Yelp!)
