Precision was responsive from my very first contact, through and including solving a problem. I called for help with garage access and then updating codes and adding remotes. They could have put me off for days, and arrived the following day to accommodate my needs. The technician was extremely knowledegable and friendly and went out of his way to get the job done fast and accurately. However, the reprogramming didn't hold (and old machine) and he had to come back. Again, he was there within an hour and solved all of the issues. I would recommend them every time.
