To help you get the work done professionally and promptly. From the great phone facilitators, to the timing, to the upbeat, hard working and knowledgeable!!!!! Door repair/ install pros, my job today was done perfectly,and they were able to get additional work done in the same efficient trip!!!! Outstanding people, 1000 percent!! Today Dannny did a perfect job installing a replacement part under warranty, and the also replaced all 12 rollers on the door tracks, and the operation is perfect. Another great employee, Rob, did the original install. Every interaction was in the best interests of the grateful consumer. Congratulations to the company owners for selecting and choosing and training such a fine crew of people. I live in Pt, Jeff,and this was a Riverhead crew. Molly Mason and Tom Fink .

Great follow up, communication, being on time, neat install despite some challenges, pleasant personality, respectful of me, my time and the house. Was so pleasantly surprised when I called for service on a Sunday and the technicians were at my house within an hour. They were respectful, well spoken, efficient and did a wonderful job on the installation of my new garage door opener. I would highly recommend! And the opener works wonderfully. Love the wifi capability so I am notified when the door opens, as well as the automatic close should I forget to close it myself!

What a great company to deal with. My installer Brian was just great. He had the door done in an hour and then spent time helping me to program my wireless key pad even providing a battery for me. My misplaced opener is no longer missing thanks Brian. Also I just read on Zillow that replacing your garage door is a great investment where you get back approximately 80% of you investment.
