Danny Salas, our technician, had called before to let me know when he would be arriving. I have had Danny here before for garage door service and, as always, he was extremely thorough in making sure my garage door worked properly. He even checked the other garage door to make sure that was also working properly. I highly recommend Danny, as well as all the other technicians at Precision Garage Door.

Tech was extremely helpful and polite. Our garage door was shaking every time it went up. He diagnosed problem immediately and fixed it. Door worked great after that. Best part is that parts and labor were still under warranty and Precision honored it no problem.

I located Precision Overhead Garage Door Repair online. Since my garage door broke down on a Saturday what caught my eye was that there was no extra charge for weekend service. I'm so glad I chose Precision because the technician was exceptional. My technicians name was Tim. He went over every detail including damage to the motor. He was able to save me money by repairing the motor instead of replacing it. Tim was courteous, polite, and extremely neat while working. He called ahead of his scheduled time of arrival to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He pointed out the thirty dollar coupon that I received via email confirming my appointed. All in all my experience withe Precision is that they have a customer for life. I already recommended Precision to my son and neighbor. Thank you Precision and especially Tim. You folks are the best.

Precision service specialist Michael Picarello arrived within the 4 hr window promised and provided the pre arrival 30 min courtesy call. He had a clean physical appearance and conducted himself in a professional manner. Mr Picarello made a quick diagnoses of my garage door problem and proceeded to remedy it. He provided tips and instruction on how to maintain our garage door. All in all the $ 128.18 (service call& labor) seemed reasonable. If Precision maintains this level of service it should be around for a long time.
