No problem with mechanic but $444.27 almost cost me as much for the door and motor I got from you a few years ago. All I got was a new remote and a metal bar to keep the door from bending at the top that should of been answer when 1st installed. The star rating is for the cost of the repair.

The two technicians who installed our garage door yesterday were polite and professional. They apologized for the rescheduling and lateness which seemed out of their control. They got right to work and completed the installation neatly and in a timely manner. The door appears to be working properly and I was assured if there was any problem to just contact Precision Door for the problem to be corrected. We have already received several compliments on the door.

They are very quick to respond and short hold time when you call. Joe came out and was very friendly and helpful. He also gave me several options to consider rather than just telling me what I should do. Would use again without a doubt and would recommend to anyone.

John Aaron was very friendly and efficient. When the appointment was first set up with his office the time frame was between 10am and 2 pm which I had agreed upon. John called the same day he was to fix the garage door and asked me if it was ok to come at 10 am. How many repair men ask for permission to show up at a certain time, they just show up when they want to and without calling ahead. He first checked all the springs, rollers, garage door opener, safety cables, etc. and then went over everything with me and put no pressure on me to purchase any parts that I did not want replaced. Everything was replaced in 60 minutes and I would recommend John and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone. If all companies and the people who worked for those companies were as good as Precision it would be TERRIFIC!!!!!

This morning I scheduled an appointment for an estimate this afternoon for new garage doors and openers. I received a call from Brendon S. to let me know what time he would be arriving and followed up with another call stating that he would arrive a few minutes later. Brendon was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with confidence. Although I did not make a decision with Precision to buy today, (have other estimates within the next week), I will certainly keep Precision in mind.

I give a 5 Star rating. Your company was listed in Angie's List for quality service. I was impressed with the Service Tech Tim O'Brien for his professional approach to my garage door . After looking at the door, he gave me a evaluation and recommendation which included new pulleys, cables, springs and bottom seal. Tim gave me a feeling of confidence in solving my problem. Recommending the lifetime warranty -peace of mind.
