Professional service from beginning to end. Easy to make an appointment, technician showed up promptly with advance notice and on time with estimate. Garage door was first installed 10 years ago with significant wear and tear on several moving parts with a broken torsion spring, snapped torsion cable and several worn nylon rollers. Danny Salas was quick to diagnose and clearly explain what was needed, did the work very efficiently. When the defective key pad was mentioned we went through a series of steps to determine that the problem involved communication between the keypad and the Liftmaster system. This was replaced quickly and courteously and he was out of here and on his way to the next job.

Danny S., demonstrated to be courteous and attentive to our problem (a 5-year old garage door opener that had started to work erratically). Danny announced his estimated time of arrival well within the given schedule. Upon arrival to the site, he immediately proceeded to study the problem rapidly producing a rationale for a solution. A solution proposal that was logic and cost effective. There is no doubt that he is very smart and knowledgeable. Moreover, he is extremely skillful, replacing completely the door’s hardware and motor in about two hours leaving the site clean and neat. I highly recommend Mr. Danny S., he is both competent and a kind human being. Thank you.
