I was a very concerned consumer, annoyed by these fly by the night operators who rip you off and worried about the service i was about to receive. A gentleman by the name of Francisco Taveras was my technician and he was gracious, very helpful and orderly in this method and approaches. In fact went through a oration as he was repairing a broken down relay. When he was done, I was comfortable and bought a new garage door open and dial in control box. Francisco, is kind, manners galore and a pride to be part of any service call. The service was great, Francisco was beyond exemplary and I walked away as one brighter person indeed! My Best , David
