It was a very good customer experience. Hunter, the technician was knowledgeable, well spoken and patient, explaining my options and costs to replace my garage door opener. As a result, even though the cost was higher than I expected, Hunter helped me understand the value I was getting. He worked efficiently, took time to explain the new system and even helped me program my car.
