We had a 22 year old garage door with deteriorated weather strip, uneven springs, undersized pulleys and no safety cables. Danny explained all the options and completed the work in about an hour and a half. Extremely competent, professional and neat. Door opens and closes QUIETLY and sounds like new. Great job, great company. I highly recommend them.

So I met a tech working on the house next door, so I asked him to look at my door which he did,got an apt the very next day,and met Danny Salas, who I found to be the most nicest most professional person u can meet , not only was he honest,sincere, and professional that he found the problem, and had the remedy to repair the problem, and,under different circumstances would have done the job on the spot,and will do the job just at a later date,and wouldn't bother wasting more time on another estimate, Danny had so much knowledge and was able to explain different equipment, and new doors,I wouldn't bother to look anywhere else,and can't wait for Danny to come back for a brand new installation GIVE him the opportunity to service u or to come by and check out ure current situation, I promise u that u will never regret it and I'm positive u will be more then satisfied!! The details provided about the technician coming to our house (the background check report and brief biography), helped not only put us at ease but also gave us a chance to get to know our technician before his arrival. This showed us that Precision Door wants their customers to feel safe, at ease, and like family. Our technician/door designer, Jesse, was very pleasant and NOT a “pushy salesman”-type, which was so appreciated. He was able to spot a major structural problem with our current garage door that we did not see. He encouraged questions, priced out options, and helped us make the best decision for our situation. We are glad he will be the one returning to do the structural repairs and new garage door opener install!

First Vince Cavalier came out and took the time to show me different options on new doors, ans openers. He asked question on what we were looking for and explained the product in detail. We placed the order with him and a few weeks later Israel Hixson called before he showed up. When he and the other tech showed up they were friendly and kind. They were very professional and did a amazing job! He explained the openers, and helpe set everything up. I would highly recommend both of them and request them if I have future projects. Precision you have a amazing company and awesome employees!

Tom came the same day I called and fixed my garage door. My better half had hit into the aluminum channel and he came and fixed it and made sure everything was realigned correctly like nothing ever happened. Can't ask for more expedient service then Precision gives.
