Yes, the technicians were professional. A big job, but there was a dent in the door and not all parts were there. I would have preferred that everything was available.

Originally had planned to use Home Depot to do the install - big mistake. After 5 days I canceled because they never called to set up an install appointment, even after me calling them asking what was going on. I then called Precision late in the day. They answered, helped and immediately set up appointment for next day. Joel the tech came and on time (already a big plus). Very courteous, friendly and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done (including some much needed repair work). Repair and install was quick and very neat. No mess left behind. Then he took the time to go over and show all the work that was done and how to use and program unit and andwered all questions (fully I may add). Overall a great experience from a great company and technician. I highly recommend this company as well as Joel (and I am usually very critical of most).

My service technician, Jesse, was great. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was thorough with his safety check and pointed out things that I was unaware of. I would highly recommend Jesse. I would also recommend Precision for their professionalism. They stand behind the quality of their work and will not make a repair simply to make a buck. If they believe that the repair will not last, they will not recommend it.
