I use my garage door every day. When it broke, I was alarmed. I remember someone saying they liked Precision Garage Door. I called them. The person who answered my call was polite and scheduled me for the next day..Cory was the techncian. He was prompt and professional. He was able to correct it that day. .The door operates well now. He did a great job figuring out the problem and correcting it. I am glad I called Precision Door. The cables and wires on the door look aligned and the door operates smoothly. I recommend Cory and Precision Door!

This was a total ripoff. I requested a new garage opener for which I payed 400.00 for, because the person sent by the company did an “inspection” of the system which I never authorized. He did propose about 1,500.00 for refurbishment which I most heartily declined, however I was stuck with the 400.00 fee.

Absolutely delighted. The spring broke on our garage door — our main entry into our house most of the time! and lo-and-behold, they were able to come on a Sunday! Really nice fellas...explained what was wrong, our options, and we chose the better quality parts and warranty so we hopefully don’t have to go through this again soon. Pleasant, polite, efficient, neat, we were very impressed. Highly recommend.

I saw the ad for Precision saying they had 24/7 service. Although they couldn't send a technician, they were able to explain to us on the phone how to close the door manually. The technician that they sent the next day was prompt, professional and courteous.
