The day of installation Jeff, Kyle and Mike did an incredible job. They were beyond professional , neat and precise. They were also very informative and helpful with the many questions we had. Gina came to the house and helped us design our garage doors. We received a fair price, and have to wait a bit until April/May due to delays in manufacturing. This review only pertains to Gina, and we will comment later in the Spring when our garage doors are installed. Gina was very helpful, and spent time with us to make sure we received good quality, what we needed at a fair price. Thank you Gina, we wait for our installation.

Precision is a very fair-priced service with wonderful communication at every step. Robert Weber, the serviceman, was absolutely fabulous. He is knowledgeable, polite, and professional and I was so happy with his service. He diagnosed the problem with the sensors and cured the vibration problem with brackets. John replaced springs, rollers and cables on an eight year old garage door which was installed by another company. With the proper parts the door now opens better and more smoothly than when it was new. John was professional, knowledgeable and completed the work on the same day I contacted Precision.
