I phoned Precision on afternoon of 8/7/19 because my garage door would not open. I spoke with Jim who scheduled me for a service call on 8/8/19 between 9:00-12 noon. I received a call from John Hixon at 8:15 AM the following day indicating that he would be arriving at 9:00AM, pending traffic. He arrived promptly, shook hands and introduced himself. He was pleasant, neat and professional. He looked at the door and explained to me that the overhead spring had broken which caused the side cable to unravel. ON further inspection he noted that the plastic rollers were beginning to wear and I might want to replace those. My option, he did not pressure me. I agreed. He replaced a new overhead spring, new cables and rollers. The job was completed in about one hour with no mess left behind. The job was not inexpensive, but the service was excellent. Thank you, John. It was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you Precision for training your front line ambassadors so well.
