This was a total ripoff. I requested a new garage opener for which I payed 400.00 for, because the person sent by the company did an “inspection” of the system which I never authorized. He did propose about 1,500.00 for refurbishment which I most heartily declined, however I was stuck with the 400.00 fee.

We had a 22 year old garage door with deteriorated weather strip, uneven springs, undersized pulleys and no safety cables. Danny explained all the options and completed the work in about an hour and a half. Extremely competent, professional and neat. Door opens and closes QUIETLY and sounds like new. This is a very fine company to deal with. The garage door motor that was installed in November 2022 had stopped working. It was easy to set up an appointment for the technician to visit. The people at the company to whom I spoke were very friendly and accommodating. The technician notified us ahead of time when he would be arriving, and was well within the window of the appointment time. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the motor under warranty with no charge. If you need a garage door or service on it, I would not hesitate to call Precision garage Door.

Through research and reviews I decided to reach out to Precision to look at my 1927 barn. It was part of a recent reno to preserve and beautiful the building. Forty feet long with 4 doors across. Saleperson, Gina, arrived with a postive approach, constructive ideas and tremendous product knowledge. Their product line is extensive, the choices are many. We chose our four doors and looked forward to delivery and install. The doors did arrive a bit late, and installs were backed up a bit, but the two man crew arrived as scheduled. Let me be frank here, I own a manufacturing company for 30 plus years, the quality of Precision doors and hardware is impressive. Every piece is built with quality and care, right down to the hardware, brackets and fasteners. This is not box store stuff. My barn is not your run of the mill construction. 16" on center ceiling beams with sheetrock? No, mine has ceiling beams every 6 FEET! In other words, it was a LOT more involved. The barn is special to me, keeping it's open inside character was extremely important to me. I expressed this to installers, Jeff and Brian, after they arrived and they assured me they would do their very best to fulfill my hopes. And did they ever. Knocked it out of the park! I mean, you can have the greatest product made, but if it's installed in a shoddy manner, what's the point? Brian and Jeff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and SUPER meticulous. Home run. Could not be more pleased. Some talk, Precision backed it up. My thanks!

Israel Hixson was the company representative who came out to repair or replace our garage door opener. He was wonderful. Israel was very friendly and super professional. Unfortunately our garage door opener was not repairable (we have had it since 1993, so it was not a shock). Israel clearly explained the problem (the motherboard).
