Many companies promote good service and fair prices, well, Precision Door Service has set the bar fairly high! EVERYONE at Precision was fantastic, especially our Sales Rep ( Gina) and the installation guys. We had a great experience with this company and it was worth the wait ( like everything else, supply issues caused a slight delay), but it was definitely worth it! We highly recommend Precision. Tim arrived on time and proceeded to program two new remotes for our existing electric garage door. The original ones were many years old and stopped working on their own. He did it quickly, we tested them, and both were fine. In the future, if I have any electric garage door issues, I would call Precision in a heartbeat!

I liked the fact that this company offers a lifetime guarantee. Mike was our technician. He is very knowledgable and really great at what he does. He was very thorough and reassuring about his skills and the products his company provides for their customers. The materials they use are made in the USA and they last longer. If you want quality performance and a guarantee you should go for Precision Performance.
