I received a call on 3/5 that my door could be installed, and I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Brian called at 8 AM to give me his ETA. He worked continuously for over 5 hours and installed a brand new garage door and opener. He replaced everything that was 55 years old and when complete, he explained everything to me. I couldn’t be happier with Precision and their sales people and technicians. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The gentlemen that installed our garage door were absolutely wonderful... Both of them explained everything and took the time to make sure the hardware was set where we wanted and that we understood all the bells and whistles that come with the door (ie. WiFi connections). The one thing I wish the COMPANY SALESMAN would have told us is that we would have been further charged for new wood framing (going from a 7’ to 8’ door) had we not had it sitting here from other construction being done.

Robert Weber was very friendly. He didn't mind me asking him 100 questions! He kept in touch with me throughout the day on his status. I needed a few cables replaced. He, and his work was great. The only thing is that Precision is a little pricy. So, 5 stars to Robert, and 4 stars to Precision. Thank again Robert!
